Tramar Lacel Dillard, better known by his stage name Flo Rida, is an American hip hop artist from Carol City, Florida.  Dillard first appeared on the mainstream with his breakthrough 2008 single, 'Low', which reached number 4 in the US that year and broke the record for digital download sales up to that point.  The album which bears the single, 'Mail On Sunday', also hit number 4 in the US. Flo Rida has went on to release 3 more albums since, 2 of which charted on the US Billboard 200.
