Fifth Harmony is an American five-piece girl group formed in 2012 on the second season of The X Factor USA.  After finishing in third on The X Factor, the group, consisting of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Cmilla Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui, signed with Syco Music, a label co-owned by Simon Cowell.  In 2013, the group's debut EP, 'Better Together', went to number 6 on the Billboard 200 in its first week of release, earning them the Artist to Watch award at the MTV Video Music Awards the following year.  During February 2015 Fifth Harmony released their first album, 'Reflection', debuting at number 5 on the Billboard 200 and spawning three platinum singles. They are set to release their sophomore effort, '7/27', in 2016, and the album's lead single,  'Work From Home', became their first top 5 single on the US Hot 100. 5th Harmony is a American Girl Group, with songs in the POP genre.  Some of their songs include:  Worth It,  Work From Home.
